The requirement of the school was to design a space where scientists and ordinary professionals can work and study together. Inspired by the petri dish and the symbiotic relationship of bacteria, the design of an open but interconnected space is based on the symbiotic relationship of bacteria and the bacteria themselves, everything is related to the bacteria but at the same time, in order to attract a diverse group of people to enter the space, so the colours and textures are made up of recycled plastic materials and recycled metal which are relatively bright but comfortable, the space is playful but at the same time, each space has its own function .

The Research

The symbiotic relationship between
Rhizobium and Actinobacteria is mainly
through indirect complementary
interactions in the soil ecosystem.

The Outcome

Taking inspiration from bacteria, the symbiosis and diversity of bacteria is used to create a structured and connected space that is as diverse as it is, with bright colours that appeal to a wider range of people.
